The Canadian Legion Branch 85

Volunteers organize the annual Poppy Campaign and Remembrance Day services. We provide financial assistance to veterans and their dependents. We provide assistance with food shelter clothing to veterans in our area. We donate funds to RCL ON Command for charitable donations and bursary program. We assist with providing funds for medical equipment to veterans in health care facilities. We support Cadet Units that have assisted the Legion with the Poppy Campaign Remembrance Day and/or other activities. VOLUNTEERS ORGANIZE THE ANNUAL POPPY CAMPAIGN AND REMEMBRANCE DAY SERVICES. PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO VETERANS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS. PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH FOOD SHELTER CLOTHING TO VETERANS IN OUR AREA. DONATE FUNDS TO RCL ON COMMAND TO CHARITABLE FOUNDATION AND BURSARY PROGRAM. ASSIST WITH PROVIDING FUNDS FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO VETERANS IN HEALTHCARE FACILITIES. SUPPORT CADET UNITS THAT HAVE ASSISTED THE LEGION WITH THE POPPY CAMPAIGN REMEMBRANCE DAY AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.
