The Burns Memorial Fund for Children

The burns memorial fund for children act 1970 allows the trustees of the burns memorial fund for children in their sole discretion to: direct and expend any portion or such portions of the fund as they consider advisable for the benefit of any persons under 21 years of age and resident in the city of calgary whom the trustees consider to be the need and worthy of assistance including the application and expenditure of any portion or such portions of the fund as they consider advisable to any registered canadian charitable organization for the purpose of providing assistance to any such children and in addition may direct and expend any portion or such portions of the funds as they consider advisable in order to provide services facilities or other assistance for any scheme or program the trustees deem desirable for the benefit of any such children.
