The foundation will accept gifts donations bequests and legacies of every desciption from the settlor or from any other person ('contributions') will receive and maintain contributions as part of the trust fund and will apply all or par of the principal of the trust fund from time to time to registered charities or qualified donees as defined in the income tax act (canada).
