The ata educational trust (trust) carried its charitable purposes through (4) programs: 1)- bursaries at $700 each awarded to teachers to support their enrollment in courses in their areas of teaching 2)- bursaries at $500 each awarded to teachers to pay for their conference expenses for professional development 3)- two student bursaries of $1 000 each through university of alberta for career technology studios 4) bursaries specific to continuing education for teachers through short term studies workshops and seminars
