The Ascenta Foundation for Health and Education Outreach

The ascenta foundation promotes health and wellbeing to remote communities in developing nations with limited access to healthcare. We provide individuals with medical dental and optometry services through temporary clinics. Our healthcare volunteers provide physical examinations and dispense medications to address common illnesses and nutrient deficiencies. Dental care includes extractions and restorative work as well as lessons on hygiene and providing dental supplies. We also deliver eye examinations and prescription glasses to patients in need. Medical campaigns were put on hold due to the covid-19 pandemic however the foundation was active in fundraising and in strengthening critical relationships with campaign partners donors and volunteers.
