The Angel Cross Foundation

1. To receive and maintain funds for and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to 'qualified donees' under the provisions of the income tax act (canada) whose purposes related to facilitating or supporting: (a) the teaching growth development or purposes of eastern orthodox church; (b) education relating to the eastern orthodox church; (c) the establishment growth or development of eastern orthodox christian communities; 2. To receive and maintain funds for and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to 'qualified donees' whose activities and purposes include: (a) the provision facilitation or development of interventions aimed at addressing poverty societal inequality or societal inequity; (b) the provision facilitation or development of medical treatments or interventions for serious diseases and illnesses; or (c) faciliting advancing or supporting peace or truth and r4econciliation; (3) to receive gifts bequests funds and property and to hold invest administer and distribute funds and property for purposes of the society for the purposes of such other organizations as are 'qualified donees' and for such other purposes and activities as are authorized for registered charities under the provisions of the income tax act (canada)
