1. To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of other registered charities through the provision of specialized administrative services including the operation and maintenance of a website for the collection of secure online donations from the public for the purpose of better serving the needs of beneficiaries. 2. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
