1. To accept donations bequeaths endowments gifts of properties moneys or other chattels. 2. To sell manage lease mortgage dispose of or otherwise deal with the property of the society. 3. To maintain a capital fund and/or properties that through investment or other means provide a source of ongoing funding for maintenance and development of 40 mile park for the enjoyment of all.
