We provide various programs to enhance the health physical fitnes social interaction and mental health of senior citizens living in thamesville area programs include card games catered meals bus trips footcare and are always looking for new programs. We also offer a weekly exercise class we are hoping to offer instruction in the use of lap top computers and tablets this fall. We are hoping this will aid seniors in the use of the internet
