On may 19 2023 the directors filed articles of amendment to change the operating name of the organization to testimony of god ministries ('ministries') and continue as a not-for-profit organization. It was incorporated under the canada not-for-profit corporations act with certificate of continuance dated september 23 2014 as the kingdom of heaven embassy ministries inc. As a registered charity it is exempt from the payment of income tax under subsection 149(1) of th eincome tax act (canada). (formerly kingdom of heaven embassy ministries inc.) is a religios charitable organization. Operations include preaching and promoting the gospel of jesus christ organizing and support missionaries for evangelism in canada operating ministries normal to a local christian church (i.e. Water baptism baby dedication visitation and weddings and funerals). Furthermore to provide pastoral care to the congregation and community and assisting those in poverty by providing the basic needs such as food shelter and clothing.
