Manage two (2) complexes for seniors (55+) & persons with disabilities these are low to moderate income rentals. Telkwa house 8 units and aldermere house 12 units with a common room. On aldermere house deficiencies not quite finished-sewer line and parking lot. As you will see we still have some funding left from the 'build' to complete the project. All units are filled
