Team work cooperative develops and supports persons seeking employment by providing options to community employment. Programs provide both skills enhancement and practical work experience. There is an 80% retention ratein jobs created. Std programs provide both skills enhancement and practical work experience. The opportunity fund and other programs were created to prepare for obtain and sustain employment or self-employment. As part of our programs we can provide clients with skills development accommodations and targeted wages placements. The james barlett fund allow clients who don't fit into any government programs to still be able to obtain employment and hands on experience.
