To advance education by providing publicly available scholarships bursaries and other forms of financial assistance to students to be used for elementary secondary and post-secondary education; to advance the well-being and self-esteem of children of families who are experiencing poverty of low income or in need by providing such children the opportunity to participate in recreational or sport activities; to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to charitable organizations that are registered charities under the income tax act (canada)
