To assist seniors in reducing social isolation and loneliness with recreational activities and social educational and public policy seminars. - to promote health by providing referral and helping the elderly in need access to healthcare services. - to increase the public's knowledge and appreciation of taiwanese art and culture by hosting the 'taiwanese canadian cultural festival. - to advance the education of taiwanese art culture language and traditions through classes workshops art exhibitions and a library of taiwanese books. - provide education counselling and other support services for immigrants and refugees in need including employment skill training and information programs on canadian culture and life.
