T-NET Canada

The organization is setting up training to equip leaders in ministry. We are in the planning stages of setting up training centres across canada. During the period the organization continued making contacts with the leadership of different christian church denominations in canada. Once connection is made and the denomination agrees to a partnership the organization will send a trainer to set up a training centre close to their location. The trainer will train the leaders in that centre. When students successfully complete the 3-year program they will be provided with a university level degree. The organization plans to train students and provide them with a ba ma and doctor of ministry degrees with a ministry goal of leading training partners to be indigenously lead and funded. After the first generation of leaders is trained the organization coaches them as they train the next generation of leaders in their own part of the country. By the 3rd generation they are indigenously lead have their own local leader and their own local board. The organization will then continue to provide each partner with ongoing coaching as they seek to make a positive impact in there area by raising up new trained leaders.
