Collection and preservation of documents maps and other like materials documenting the history of sylvan lake and surrounding communities. Continuing to supply historical markers throughout our community. Society now has an online data base (archives.sylvanlake.ca) also involved with 'jane's walk' and contributing to a story board for the town of sylvan lake. Providing historical information through facebook.
