We provide congregate meal programs for the residents of two 55+ senior housing units the program runs 5 days per week providing a full course noon meal. Installation and maintenance of an emergency response service (lifeline canada) and manage the program. We also offer services to help the elderly recieve access to transportation to medical appointments local and out of town. We have a valuable group of volunteers to drive and escort clients for mall appointments and groceries. We are a referral source for fee for service jobs. We offer coffee and a chat sessions i three venues once per month. We have a piolet project having a recreation/care worker to go to individual apartment complexes to do recreational and mental health games and social interactions for the seniors who will not or can not leave their homes.
