Low income spay / neuter : free spay/neuter is provided to cats owned by low income pet owners who meet program requirements screened by a volunteer. Medical assistance : limited funding is provided to support low income families with emergency veterinary care for their cats. Food assistance : donated pet food and supplies are collected and distributed to community individuals in need and to surrey food bank. In 2024 trap-neuter -release program was ended due to lack of resources and focus changed to assistance programs for surrey pets.
