Surrey City Orchestra Society

The purpose of the surrey city orchestra is to present professional live music that engages and enhances the lives of surry's diverse population while also providing educational outreach programs throughout the city. To meet the needs of our multicultural community the surrey city orchestra is committed to partnering with cultural groups performance venues and target audiences. In order to leverage the good reputations and success of existancearts organizations in surrey the sco intends to partner with these groups to co-host events and performances - not just hire musicians for specific performances. To achieve its goal of reaching out to surry's multicultural demographic the surrey city orchestra will be flexible in terms of orchestra size type of music performed arts groups with which it partners performance venues and target audiences.
