Upgrades operates maintains and insures an astronomical observatory and telescope viewing area for members the general public and community organizations. Holds monthly educational meetings on astronomical topics provides solar viewing and astronomical literature and materials at community events hold neighbourhood star-gazing and telescope viewing events and educates the public and local government bodies on improving night lighting.
