Sunnyside Cemetry Inc.

(a) to own and maintain the cemetery located in the ne1/4 of section 38 - township 21 - range 2 - west of the 2nd meridlan (b) to upgrade and beautify this cemetery and (c) to provide funding for perpetual care. (1) continue working with engineering firm to complete design of the foundation of the north and south side of the main enterance gate. (2) removal of encroaching trees and stumps on the outside of the north south and east boundaries of the cemetery. (3) removal of trees/shrubs growing too close to headstones and level/landscape the area after removal.
