Summer Music Society

We held a 5 day music day camp in july with an unpresedented 285 registrants a 33% increase over 2023. We donated bursaries of $340 and presented 21 full scholarships totalling $6790. Volunteers help with moving instruments + music stands lunch hour duty photocopying + directing questions to an appropriate person. We collaborated with the nuclear innovative institute in port elgin on to conduct a steam program related to music which the students performed at the week's end concert. We maintain through our mission statement to keep this education available + affordable to all.
