To improve the quality of service and teatment to individuals affected with concerns and challenged relative to the health growth and development of children and youth by operating and maintaining specialized software used by professionals for healthcare program delivery. To advance education by providing training programs for professionals involved in the above intervention programs for children youth and families. To advance education by carrying out research on topics relating to the health growth and development of children and youth.
