Promotion of the arts and the maintenance/improvement of the bend theatre. 1) annual season series of the theatrical and musical performances 2) rental of venue to promote the arts 3) offer annual performing art bursary to area graduates 4) show a movie each month 5) donation use of building or assist in cost of performance at local k-12 school 6) strathclair theatre chorus performs in surrounding area 7) added a permanent ramp to improve wheelchair access
