Promulgating the gospel during weekly services (min 2/week) and special services. Provided weekly Sunday school classes for children 4-12 yrs old and a nursery class for children 1-3 yrs old. Educating parents and children about family living based on Christian values. Educated the congregation about civic responsibilities during group meetings. Our online services continue to be streamed on Facebook and Youtube for Sunday morning services as well as Wednesday evening Bible study. Wednesday evenings we provide an adult bible study youth classes and a kids program for children aged 5-11 to stay connected through games worship and a Bible lesson. Provided training for youth in participation for responsible leadership. Connect Youth (CY) is a ministry for any young person between the ages of 12-18. They meet together on a weekly basis on Wednesdays at 7PM and Fridays at 7:30PM where they grow together in our faith build our friendships. Growing Young Adults (GYA) is the young adult facet of Connect Ministries catering to ages 18-30. Understanding the demands of young professionals early ministry and post-secondary education GYA creates a space for meaningful connections and growth. Monthly events along with regular online group conversations help to accommodate busy schedules and pre-existing commitments. Assisted in weddings and bereavements. Carried out hospital visits when necessary. Assisted the Stittsville Food Bank with donations. Assisted Ottawa Inner City Ministries with weekly sandwiches for the homeless and a Thanksgiving Turkey dinner. Today's Christian girl a program for girls 8-13 yrs old met quarterly to encourage interaction with their own peers and Christian values. Tagalog Ministry met biweekly with preaching singing and discipleship for everybody that enjoys the culture and language of the Filipino people.
