THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES REFERRALS TO COMMUNITY PARTNERS. Stepping Stone is presently running a Drop In street outreach Dept of Justice programs through Victims of Crime and a 5 bed Transtitional Housing Project in partnership with DCS We are always striving to create new programs and we have a few in the works with Status of Women and Dept of Justice.
