We organize and participate in volunteering initiatives to support our community and promote mental health awareness. We run social media campaigns to educate reduce stigma and provide resources related to mental health and well-being. We set up advocacy booths on campuses and in communities to share information offer support and connect individuals with mental health resources. We collaborate with campus clubs and organizations to enhance mental health support and create inclusive spaces for open conversations. We maintain the Step Above Stigma blog to share personal stories mental health strategies and educational content to support and inspire our community. We host events for first-year students to help them navigate university life build connections and develop healthy coping strategies. We develop and implement outreach programs to engage and support diverse communities ensuring access to mental health education and resources. We organize physical activity and mental health events to promote overall well-being through movement mindfulness and social connection. We facilitate Empowerment Labs to equip youth with skills and strategies to build confidence resilience and self-advocacy. We hold volunteer meetings and community development initiatives to foster leadership collaboration and meaningful engagement in mental health advocacy. We run the Co-Lab Program to bring together youth and experts to co-create innovative mental health solutions and community initiatives. We deliver mental health keynotes to educate inspire and empower individuals with knowledge and strategies to support their well-being.
