Focused health education and support programs for women and all parents/caregivers who are pregnant with newborns and have children under the age of 6. Programming encompasses positive attachment based methods to increase parenting skills and help families to overcome barriers to health prevent illness and reduce risk for poverty food insecurity and long-term challenges. Pre and post natal groups family groups for toddler ages and preschool are all free. Drop-in classes and access to essential resources clothing donated items school supplies and food. Registered Dietitian on site 2 days/week for food education and presentations.
