Our club in cooperation with Country 93.1 Timmins does a radiothon in early December and a mailout to local businesses for support. All proceeds go to buy $150 food vouchers which we deliver to needy families at Christmas. We are a Lions club with 45 active members and other volunteers who help with the radiothon. We also give support to local food banks when able but priority is to needy families at Christmas as per our mandate
