St Paul's Presbyterian Church

The charity is a unified church on-mission in the city known for our contribution to community and for equipping families and multiplying disciples. Our church supports the work of the presbyterian church in canada. Our stated congregational purpose is to engage each other our community and our world to discover live out and celebrate god's grace in jesus christ. Our programs this year included sunday worship services sunday schoolfor children and adults nursery program for children 0-2 special activities for children and youth including vacation bible camp and youth friday night gatherings bible study groups prayer meetings mission and outreach pastoral care choirs special programs for children youth and seniors family fellowship meetings to support parents of young kids many alcoholics anonymous and al-anon groups and other 12-step support groups pastoral care training for churches across the city a community senior's choir campus ministry t algonquin college and other community based groups and programs. The congregation continues to leverage youtube email and telephone to stay connected support each other and to increase our impact in our community. Over the past year many of our programs have worked to expand our outreach into the community and engage our neighbors by inviting them to participate in events and initiatives at st. Paul's that are relevant to them. This includes a valentine's couples night a pottery night a table or treat night marriage courses and coffee and conversation sessions.
