The foundation was activated in may 2010 to receive donations for a capital campaign related to the construction of an addittion to st.paul's high school in winnipeg mb. The foundation also receives donations for the furtherance of education in the province of manitoba. The foundation may receive donations for the following restricted purpose: building fund for st.paul's high school to assist in the construction renovation and maintenance of st.paul's high school in winnipeg mb.
