To develop fund administer facilitate promote operate and carry on activities programs and facilities which will provide health care maintenance and other benefits for the needy aged or infirm priests & brothers who are members of Roman Catholic religious orders and who adopted a vow of poverty while serving such orders as well as for such needy aged or infirm persons who served or administered with such priests and brothers; and To receive gifts bequests trust funds and property and beneficially or as trustee or agent to hold invest develop manage administer and distribute the funds and property for the purposes of the corporation for and to such other organizations as are 'qualified donees' within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and for such other purposes and activities as are authorized for registered charities under the provision of the Income tax Act (Canada); and To conduct any and all activities and exercise any and all such powers as are necessary to the achievement and furtherance of the purposes of the corporation.
