1. Operated/maintained 2 transitional housing residences for men providing environments to support residents in leading lives of sobriety and wellness 2. Operated/maintained 2 residential substance-abuse treatment services for men to lead lives of sobriety and wellness 3. Operated our place community of hope - a drop-in centre that provides a safe and inclusive space for adults experiencing mental health issues to become part of the community while making connections to additional services 4. Psychotherapy - individual and group psychotherapy for individuals with co-occuring substance use and mental health. 5. Continuing care - a program to provide supports for individuals who either (a) are waiting for or have completed our housing or treatment programs or (b) are experiencing life instability related to mental health and substance use challenges through referral from primary care or hospital.
