St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church of Stony Plain Alberta

St.matthew evangelical lutheran church of stony plain conducts worship services on a weekly basis throughout the year with additional services being held during such periods in the church as advent and lent. Bible studies are provided during the year with special classes arranged for various age groups confirmation studies and a summer vacation bible school. As part of the ongoing ministry baptisms weddings and funeral services are provided. The church also provides youth events which are intended and organized to foster a positive social environment for not only youth of the congregation but from the community at large. The church also operates a full-time christian based school offering education which complies with the alberta education curriculum for grades ranging from kindergarten to grade 9. This education is open to all and continues to be tuition free.
