St. Joseph the Hesychast Hermitage

The organization is in the initial stages of launching comprehensive operations outlined in its ongoing program. These include: a) estabilshing and operating a christian orthodox monastery adhering to the traditions of the orthodox church; b) offering residence for orthodox monastics dedicated to a life of service to god; c) creating a pilgrimage site for visitors to pray with the monastics; d) providing the sacrament of confession for pilgrims seeking guidance; e) constructing and maintaining a public church for daily orthodox services; f) building and managing guest quarters for pilgrims with complimentary room and board; g) donating alms to nonprofit charitable organizations; h) offering social work support for orphans the elderly the poor and the sick; i) contributing to spiritual well-being through the creation and publication of spiritual books icon painting hymn composition etc. J) operating a bookstore to promote publlications and items aligned with the monastery's purposes.
