Contracting of renovation and maintenance work to kingsbridge centre (former st joseph's church) and rectory. Opening of kingsbridge centre and promotion of kingsbridge centre as a meeting place and its availability for rental. Opening of kingsbridge in the county (former rectory) as a seasonal vacation house.
