St. Albert Family Resource Centre

The family life education spoke is broken down into three distinct area of programming. These programs include early childhoold programs child and youth programs and parent education programs that encourage growth and development through a braod range of activities. Family life education programs encourage child development in each of the developmental domains: social intellectual cognitive emotional and spiritual while helping children reach their developmental potential. The familt support program offers support to parents that is intended to build parent/caregiver resilliency. Programming focuses on parent-child interaction parenting strategies child development attachment brain architecture and family well-being. Families receive one-on-one support from a parent coach. St albert family resource centre is a designated hub as part of the provincial family resource network. The role of the hub is to provide information referral and corrdination services that contribute to the well-being of families and their children 0-18 years of age
