Sri Siva Hindu Temple of Canada

The organization has a temple that is headed by a hindu priest who performs service in accordance with tenents and doctrines of hindu faith. The main activities of the temple are to offer worship and pray together perform sacraments and rituals to observe and celebrate festivals and to perform humanitarian and educational activities. It is also active in inner religious activities both cultural and humanitarian the organization plans to get involved more in humanitarian work by mobilizing funds and resources to procure blankets medicine and other basic necessities for food and earth quack victums. The temple has a kitchen that will supply food for the needy. There are also plans to do fund raising for providing basic supplies to low income families. The temple also plans to organize classes and work shops in and outside the temple to spread hindu faith. Once the organization grows there are plans to conduct classes and hold seminars on prevention of domestic violence
