Spirit Dance Centre for Spiritual Ecology Society

We run an educational program providing opportunities for people to experience the ceremonies and teachings of various traditional and spiritual practices. This includes an ongoing Buddhist Studies Program. We occasionally hold multi-faith ceremonial gatherings bringing together leaders of different spiritual traditions in interfaith dialogues and services with members of the public. We provide settlement services to Tibetan and Ukrainian refugees and immigrants in need including living support language instruction employment assistance translation and information about Canadian culture. In the spring of 2022 we expanded our program for refugees and immgrants in need to include support for Ukrainians fleeing the war in their country and arriving in Canada. We are providing assistance and support services to Ukrainians who arrive on the Sunshine Coast of BC. We will continue to provide this service as long as it is needed.
