The organization was founded to raise awareness and provide educational support for mental health issues. They currently support three main projects. In addition the organization hosts a mental health awareness day where speakers are brought in to raise awareness of mental health issues. The three main projects are: project ivan will be solely responsible for pet therapy sessions in hospitals long-term care homes homeless shelters places like the ronald mcdonald house and in schools. Porject help will provide scholarships to nurses doctors continuing care aids and people working at hospitals schools long-term care homes and homeless shelters-who choose to learn more about mental health. They will be trained in courses therapies or modalities of their choice that focus on mental health and that are recognized by their employer. Sierra's gift is a project that will provide scholarships for the training of doctors nurses counsellors and people who work at homes like the ronald mcdonald house and the children's hospitals who choose to learn more about mental health.
