SOAHAC is an Indigenous Primary Health Care Organization (IPHCO) providing Indigenous-led services to First Nations Métis and Inuit communities in southwestern Ontario. Services provided are focused on a balanced life consisting of mental physical spiritual and emotional well-being. Service offerings include traditional healing primary health care health promotion and navigation mental wellness community support services food security and child and family supports. SOAHAC's services are accessed through five separate regional health centres the Nshwaasnangong Child and Family Centre and within the community in both partner-based locations and clients' homes.
