1) Drop-in center for families and caregivers with children zero to five years old. The center provides play-based learning using creative play and child-focused activities. 2) Lounge networking opportunity parent education and support information and referral informal counseling learning opportunities and opportunities for volunteering involvement and leadership 3) Five preschool classes including two bilingual (Cantonese and English) and an afternoon preschool class 4) Support other child care and family services providers 5) Offsite drop-in programs: one other family drop-in programs are run in the Fraserview areas to provide additional programs accessible to families.
