provide programming and activities specific to the needs of each child on caseload - conduct biweekly visits to each family/child on caseload to implement the programming and activities designed for that family's child - provide support to the family by way of helping them to access other services and agencies accompany them to meetings and appointments and provide resource materials - facilitate smooth transitions into the school system for each school age child on case load - provide data for each child on caseload reporting on diagnosis programming progress number of contacts/visits with family and supports provided - provide information pamphlets and referral forms describing ECIP and our services to other agencies in the community to hospitals and Public Health offices attend expos and set up display tables in the public to provide information about ECIP - offer our lending library of toys therapy items resources and education materials used in programming and used in providing supports to the family to individual families who are on our caseload; update and maintain the lending library regularly
