Program to promote health by providing support services such as individual support plan development coping and life skills coaching family and caregiver training and crisis intervention for individuals affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. 2. Program to promote health by providing assessment and diagnosis for individuals suspected of having Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. 3. Program to promote health through education and prevention programs on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder for individuals at risk and the public at large.
