SOS Prairie Rescue advances animal welfare through: • Rescue rehabilitation and adoption of domestic cats from owned stray and feral origins. • Veterinary care including sterilization vaccination and treatment. • A foster-based adoption program. • Accessible spay/neuter programs (Beat-the-Heat Spay it Forward). • Trap-neuter-release-maintain (TNRM) of feral cat colonies. • Collaboration with other rescue organizations to support animal welfare and adoption efforts.
