To advance purposes beneficial to the community by providing and maintaining a farm facility and structured program that will provide neglected abused or other children and youth in need of care and welfare with healing and emotional relationship and other life skills development and enhancement through care of plants and animals to advance purposes beneficial to the community by relieving the suffering of animals in need of care and attention and in particular to provide and maintain rescue adoptive or foster care homes or other facilities for the reception care and treatment of such animals.
