The Particular Council animates and coordinates the activities of conferences in their ministry. It serves the conferences by furthering charitable activities; by keeping them informed about changing social conditons new issues and programs changes or additions in the Society's internal policies and procedures and major events; by providing conferences financial assistance if needed and other pertinent forms of support. The Scarborough West Particular Council currently serves 8 conferences. It is not directly engaged in charitable activities which are carried out by the conferences.
