Snake Valley Drop in Centre

Provide a location for senior citizens' recreation and information sessions including weekly card games and 2 morning coffee visits per week. Fund raise to maintain 'drop in' facility. Provide a private location to mourners before funeral at milo community hall across the street. Rent to local organizations and groups when a small space is needed or milo hall is already booked. Continued with two more lunch and learn sessions in partnership with family and community support services vulcan. Topics were nutrition for older adults and 'telling stories from the past'. Provided a location to make flu and covid shots available in the milo area one morning in october.
