Skeleton Lake Stewardship Association

The continuing decline in the water at skeleton lake and related impacts on the riparian and fish habitat combined with the potential loss of the recreational use of the lake continue as our main focus. During 2021 we continued to work towards obtaining an inter basin transfer from the alberta government. Working with the provincial & municipal levels of government we continue to hold informational meetings to discuss plans & keep all affected parties informed to assist in the remediation of skeleton lake watershed.
