Granting post secondary scholarship to worthy graduates from rideau district high school who are enrolled to attend a canadian university or college using the interest on invested funds received primarily from bequests an increase in the amount of eah of our 3 scholarship given in the past from $750 to $1 000 each 2 new scholarship in memory of a decreased brother of our lodge and his wife amounting to $500 each. Assumption of a different deceased brother's habit of awarding $50 awards (total $250) to 5 students graduating or continuing to study at rideau district high school who have been recommended by teaching staff for those awards. An additional donation received in 2024 will finance one additional $1 000 scholarship in the coming year(s).
